By completing a booking or payment with LoveUyoga / Soul Sisters, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. No physical or digital signature is required.

1. About LoveUyoga Soul Sisters

We provide pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, women’s wellness classes, workshops and Well Woman programmes in a nurturing, empowering space.

2. Payment Terms

•  All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
•  Prices are clearly stated on the booking page.

3. No-Refund Policy

To protect the sustainability of this women’s wellness space:

✨ All payments are non-refundable. This applies to all pregnancy, postnatal, yoga class blocks, workshops, programmes and Well Woman services.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

4. Service Exchange / Credit Policy

Although refunds are not provided, we honour the natural flow of pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery and changing circumstances.

If you are unable to attend or use the service you purchased:

❤️ You will receive a service credit or exchange of equal value toward any other LoveuYoga Soul Sisters offering.

Examples include:
•  Pregnancy yoga → Postnatal yoga
•  Postnatal yoga → Well Woman classes
•  Class block → 1–1 session (value adjusted as needed)
•  Workshop credit → Future classes or courses

Terms:
•  Credits are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.
•  Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
•  Credits may be transferred to another woman with written permission.

5. Cancellations by LoveUyoga / Soul Sisters

If we must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:
•  You will receive a new date, or
•  A full service credit of equal value.

6. Health & Safety

By booking, the client confirms:
•  They are medically safe to participate in the relevant class (pregnancy, postnatal, Well Woman).
•  They have disclosed necessary health information.
•  They take personal responsibility for their practice.
•  LoveUyoga / Soul Sisters is not liable for injury or loss except where negligence is proven.

7. Agreement

By booking and paying for any LoveUyoga / Soul Sisters service, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this Agreement automatically. No signature is required.
